TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations:

For advance bookings, a full amount must be paid into our accounts to confirm a reservation. A deposit slip must be faxed through to our office. A seven day clearance is required for cheque payments.

Cancellations:

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following charges apply for cancellations:

50% of the deposit if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival.

100% of the deposit if cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival.

Should we be able to resell the cancelled space no charge will be levied and the deposit will be refunded.

Payments:

All payments are in advance. If paying by cheque, prior arrangements must be made.

Right of Admission:

The right of admission is reserved by management.

Security:

The management and/or security personnel reserve the right to check and search any person or vehicle or goods entering or leaving the premises.

General:

All security and safety notices on the premises must be strictly adhered to.

No alcohol will be allowed on the premises.

No person, under the influence of any intoxicant will be allowed on the premises.

For South African citizens an I.D. document must be presented.

The guesthouse is convenient and ideal for family and guest occupation. No form of inappropriate or disreputable occupation will be allowed.

Unruly behaviour that disturbs other people in the guest house will not be accepted.

Guests will be liable for any damages to the property that they may have caused.
